We certainly do!
While most of our unique pieces come as is, we do offer a few pieces to be custom ordered to specifications of your choosing. Details are included on the product pages where customisation is available. If you need to ask more questions or would like to order a custom piece, reach out via our contact page or at hello@studioduos.com
We are also launching our commission services portal soon with more information about the process and availability. Keep an eye out for that.

Currently we are shipping in Australia only. Shipping is managed through Australia Post and all orders will receive shipping information within 48 hours of purchase.
Shipping rates vary for each item and depending on standard or express hipping preferences. You can choose your preference at check out where the shipping rates for each item will be applied.

Pre-Orders for some items when a collection launches.
Details of Pre-orders will be available on the product page including estimated delivery dates.

Yes of course you can. We understand sometimes mistakes are made when ordering.
If you place an order that you want to change, please let us know within 24 hours at hello@studioduos.com and our team can organise your order to be amended or cancelled depending on your needs.
Please note, sometimes your order might be already processed with our courier and on it's way to you. In those cases we can always work with you to determine next steps. -
Each of our pieces are unique, handmade and priced accordingly. We try our best to provide as much detail as possible on the website to give you the information needed to make an informed purchase decision.
We are happy to assist if there is any other information you want to help you in the process of buying.
For this reason we do not offer returns and refunds on items. If you do have a change of mind or wish to exchange with another item please notify us at hello@studioduos.com within 10 days of receiving your order and we will provide details of next steps.
We will only accept an exchange provided the item is in the exact condition of sale. Studio Duos reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the original sale item is not in its original condition or a request has been made outside the 10 day period.
All exchange postage will be at the expense of the customer. Once Studio Duos has received your item(s) for exchange we will issue either the exchange item or a credit note pending the outcome of the assessment. It is on the buyer to make the difference of payment should the exchange item be of a higher value.

Clicking on the cart will help you see what is in the cart before you check out. You can amend and add items in the cart as required.
